Pre-inspections, without the truck roll

Quote your HVAC job from your inbox.

Send your homeowner a guided link. They submit photos, equipment specs, and measurements right from their phone. You get everything you need to draft a quote — before a truck ever rolls.

How it works

Three steps from initial call to ready-to-quote.

Step 1

Send the homeowner a link

Add their name and email in your dashboard. We generate a unique, expiring URL you can text or email.

Step 2

They walk you through their home

Step-by-step prompts ask for photos of the equipment, panel, ductwork, and proposed locations — right from their phone.

Step 3

You walk in quote-ready

Everything lands in your dashboard — structured fields, photos by category, an optional walkthrough video. Draft the quote before you book the sales visit.

For comfort advisors

We eliminate the pre-inspection truck roll. Not the sales visit.

Think mortgage pre-approval: the paperwork happens before the meeting, so the meeting is about saying yes. Your advisor shows up with the data — and the quote — already in hand.

Walk in prepared, not fishing

Nameplates, panel, ductwork, heat-loss math — reviewed before you knock. The visit is for closing, not hunting down specs.

A warmer homeowner

They've already put 10–15 minutes into the intake. That's not a cold lead — that's a homeowner invested in working with you before you ring the bell.

Qualify before you dispatch

See the job before you commit an advisor's afternoon. Send your closers to the visits likely to close. Quote the simple swaps from the dashboard.

The on-site visit doesn’t go away. It just stops being the first thing you do.

Built for the way HVAC actually works.

Most pre-inspection tools were designed for office workflows. This one was designed with chuck-in-truck operators in mind: fast on a phone, useful on the first try, no jargon for the homeowner.

  • Mobile-first homeowner flow

Camera capture on iOS and Android out of the box. No app download, no account creation.

  • Structured data, not just a photo dump

Every field maps to something a contractor cares about — amperage, fuel type, condenser clearance, ceiling height.

  • Resume from any device, anytime

Homeowners save automatically as they go. They can finish over coffee tomorrow if life gets in the way.

  • Your branding, not ours

The homeowner sees who sent the invite. We stay in the background.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace the in-person sales visit?

No. It replaces the pre-inspection truck roll — the drive you make just to collect data. Think mortgage pre-approval: the homeowner does the paperwork up front, your comfort advisor walks in with the heat-loss math done and a quote drafted, and the visit is about closing. The on-site visit doesn't go away. It just stops being the first thing you do.

How long does the intake take a homeowner?

10–15 minutes from their phone. Progress saves automatically, so they can start tonight and finish over coffee tomorrow. No app download, no account creation.

What do I actually get in my dashboard?

A structured submission, not a photo dump: nameplate, panel, ductwork, and placement photos sorted by category, equipment specs, heat-load and cooling-load ranges, a complexity rating, and rebate flags. Most straightforward replacements are quotable straight from the screen.

What about complex jobs?

That's exactly why you qualify first. The intake flags complexity — panel capacity, ductwork condition, site access — before you commit an advisor's afternoon. A simple swap quotes from the dashboard. A full electrification on a 1920s house gets your best person on site, armed with the data.

How accurate is the heat-loss math?

We compute preliminary heat-load and cooling-load ranges from the homeowner's inputs using industry-standard methodology, and generate an HRAI-style F280 worksheet you can review, edit, and sign. It's a head start, not a substitute for your judgment — you stay the professional of record.

What happens to the homeowner's photos?

They go to the contractor who sent the link and are used to prepare the quote, including automated extraction of equipment specs. Homeowners can request deletion at any time. Full details are in our privacy policy.
